2024: Milestone Year of Giving
We are filled with gratitude and pride for all that the Josette Beddell Memorial Foundation has been able to accomplish this year. Thanks to the unwavering support of our community, we were able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families facing breast cancer, distributing over $315,000 in assistance throughout the year.
Here’s how those funds made an impact:
230 grants were awarded to families to provide much-needed financial relief.
43 well wishes brought moments of joy and encouragement to women fighting breast cancer.
10 scholarships were granted to students, helping to ease the financial burden of education for families impacted by this disease.
These milestones were achieved because of the incredible generosity and dedication of our supporters. From attending events and volunteering to hosting fundraisers and spreading the word, you helped make this possible. With over 45 fundraising events held in 2024, our community showed up again and again to help further our mission of empowering women and families in Ohio.
Every dollar raised, every event hosted, and every act of kindness this year made a difference. Together, we have provided more than financial assistance—we have given hope and reminded families that they are not alone in their journey.
We are also humbled by the countless stories of resilience and strength that inspire us daily. Each grant recipient, each well wish, and each scholarship tells a story of courage in the face of adversity, and we are honored to play a small part in these journeys.
